We recently completed a scheme for Learning Disabilities flats in a remarkably poor 1950s building in Ingatestone for Essex Housing. The elevational changes to the fenestration and materials have radically changed the appearance of the building. Three small extensions help achieve the required floor space for this specialist housing use.
